When you submit the quote or appointment form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, the service you're enquiring about, your space type (e.g. apartment size or office) and your budget plan. These are the only fields the form asks for, and all of them are required to submit it.

Like most websites, our hosting environment may keep basic technical logs of visits — things like IP address, browser type and the page requested — for security and troubleshooting. This is standard server behaviour rather than anything this site sets up itself.
3. How we use your information
- To call or message you back about the enquiry you submitted, usually within 2 hours
- To prepare and send you a quote for the service you asked about
- To keep a record of enquiries so nothing gets lost if an email doesn't arrive
We don't use your details for anything beyond responding to the enquiry you sent us.
