Everything a home interior needs, handled by one team.
Fourteen services, no separate vendors to chase — book one, or book all of them for a full apartment fit-out.
Why we keep everything under one roof
Most homeowners don't come to us needing all fourteen services below — usually it's a kitchen, or a bedroom, or a full apartment sorted out room by room. But we keep the full list in-house rather than farming lighting out to one contractor and painting to another, because the handoffs between trades are usually where a project slows down or quietly goes over budget. When one team measures the space, orders the material and does the fitting, there's one person accountable if something needs adjusting.
How to use this page
Scroll through the services below, or jump straight to the one you're after — each has its own short description of what it actually covers.
Three kinds of spaces we design for
Residential
Homes, apartments and villas — dining, bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom, kids' room and staircase design, in whichever style suits your taste and budget.
Commercial
Retail outlets, warehouses and other commercial spaces designed to reflect the brand behind them without inflating the budget.
Office
Layouts built around how a team actually works day to day, with colour and lighting choices that don't get rushed to hit a deadline.

A closer look at how we build a modular kitchen
Cabinet shutters come in vacuum-finished, laminate or powder-painted options, depending on the look and the budget. The layout is worked out first — where the sink, hob and prep counter sit relative to each other — before any finish is chosen, since a well-planned kitchen wall matters more to daily use than the shutter colour.
What's included beyond the cabinets
Worktop material, internal storage fittings, and the electrical points for your appliances are all planned together, so the finished kitchen works as one system rather than a set of cabinets bolted onto a wall.

Questions about booking individual services
Do I have to book all fourteen services together?
No — a single modular kitchen or one wardrobe is a normal-sized job for us. The full list exists so you know what else we can add on later without bringing in a new vendor, not because it's sold as a bundle.
Can your team install materials I've already purchased?
Usually, yes — especially tiles, sanitaryware or light fittings you've already picked out. We'll flag upfront if a particular material affects the installation timeline or voids a warranty.
Is CCTV installation handled differently from the interior work?
It's billed and scheduled as its own line item, separate from woodwork and civil trades, but the same site team coordinates it so camera wiring gets routed before walls are closed up, not after.
Which service should I start with if I'm doing up a whole home?
Space planning first, even if it isn't a formal "service" on its own — it decides where the kitchen, wardrobes and false ceiling layout all need to line up, so starting there avoids rework later.
